Display Power Saving Technology is useful for power saving in Windows 10 when enabled. Display brightness changes automatically according to graphics resolution or type of content displayed. For example when you open CMD in full screen then your screen brightness decreases. But sometimes we want to disable it. When you are watching videos, your screen brightness changes continually and constitute hindrance in your enjoyment.
Search Intel graphics in Control panel. Then click on Intel Graphics Setting.
Now click on Power option as shown in below image.
Now a new panel will be open. To disable adaptive brightness click on disable option just below Display Power Saving Technology and click on Apply. In the same way, you can enable it.
